What is health? At Lanvin Wellness, it is a carefully balanced triangle made up of proper nutrition, fitness, and stress management. True health and healing cannot be optimized until all three areas are tended to.

Stress Management

Piece of mind is so much easier to attain when we are not injured, not ill, and not uncomfortable. All of our programs address aspects of wellness that include the following:

-keeping our clients injury free with posture assessments and education on proper ergonomics on the job, at home, and in recreation

-education on potentially harmful chemicals and toxins in our food and in the environment

-teaching and encouraging stress management techniques such as breathing exercises, mindfulness, stretching, yoga, meditation, self-hypnosis, and journaling.

Nutrition

Our nutrition plans our centered around whole, nutrient dense foods. We teach our clients how to combine, shop for, and order the best combination of nutritious food to suit his or her personal needs. We believe that no two people are created alike and we tailor each program to meet each individual's body type, goals, life style, heredity, and special considerations.

Fitness

Our goal at Lanvin Wellness is to change lives forever! We teach fitness as a lifestyle change. We help our clients incorporate the most effective exercise program specific to their unique bodies, needs, and goals. We work closely to weave fitness into the fabric of their routines making fitness a permanent part of their lives.

About Nicole

Nicole's interest in nutrition and fitness began at an early age because of family events. She was extremely well informed about nutrition even as a teen, trained extensively during college and in her subsequent 15 years of hands-on professional practice.

In addition to Nicole's MS in Nutrition, she has done extensive graduate work in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, is certified through The American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Specialist, has three certifications as a personal trainer, and is also a certified Pilates instructor and Yoga instructor. She has run leading spa and fitness facilities, and has collaborated with leading physical therapists, medical doctors, chiropractors, and alternative health care providers to relieve and prevent work and recreation-related injuries and illnesses.
